What is Machado Family Giving?

Machado Family Giving is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting children and families in need through community-driven programs, donations, and volunteer efforts.

What programs do you offer?

We currently run several Programs, including:

• We Wear Warm Jackets: Providing new winter jackets to children in need.
• Kicks4Kidz: Providing free, name-brand shoes to school-aged children.
• Hoppy Kids Easter: Organizing a special program to distribute Easter baskets and other festive items to underserved children.
• Cutie Patootie Diaper Drive:  Our free diaper distribution has become a cornerstone of work, addressing a critical yet often overlooked need with families. As of January 2025, we have distributed over 500,000 free diapers.
• Celebrating The Magic In Our Children: Providing toys and gifts to thousands of children, ensuring they experience the magic of Christmas regardless of their families’ financial circumstances.

Where do you operate?

Our efforts primarily focus on supporting communities in Southern California, but we are always looking for ways to expand our reach.

We partner with schools, community organizations, and local agencies—such as the Jurupa Valley Unified School District—to identify children and families who would benefit most from our programs.
